＜Shipping Fee and Method＞

For the delivery method, please select the desired delivery method from our shipping options. The shipping fee and delivery time vary depending on the shipping method.

<Delivery time>

Generally, your item will arrive within 5-21 days (e-Packet Light), and 3-14 days (EMS) after delivery. Shipping by FedEx is also available on your request (please contact us).
However, this does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note this in advance.

ex) Shipping to the U.S.

　　EMS: 7-12days

　　e-Packet Light: 13-18 days

<Regarding damage during delivery>

When packing, we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched before preparing it for shipping.

However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation or damage may occur due to the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that dents or scratches on the outer box may not interfere with the use of the main unit.

For the damage of the product, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the product.

＜送料・配送方法について＞

本ウェブサイト（以下、「当ショップ」）は、商品を合計5,000円以上お買い上げいただきますと、送料が無料となります。

配送方法は当ショップ指定の中からご希望の配送方法をお選びください。配送方法によって送料が異なります。

＜配送日数について＞

受注後、3営業日以内に発送手配を行います。

国内への配送は基本的には配送完了後、1〜3日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合、3〜4日程度かかる場合もございます。）
なお、自然災害や大規模なイベント等が開催される地域においては、その限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

＜配送中の破損等について＞

配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のへこみやキズ等は、ご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

商品への破損が生じた場合には恐れいりますが商品受け取り後5日以内に当ショップまでご連絡ください。
