陶器で有名な瀬戸市を拠点とする3代目。
江戸時代に瀬戸市で使われていた技法を
再現できる唯一の陶芸作家。

時代の流れで一度は消滅してしまった「呂宋」。「瀬戸にしか存在しなかった伝統をなくすわけにはいかない」と地元を歩きまわり、資料を集め、骨董品を買い、試作を重ねながら伝統を復活させた、熱いハートの持ち主。

スポーツジムトレーナーの経歴を持つがマッチョではない。ポソポソと面白いこと呟く。スナック大好きだったが、最近のおやつは...煮干し。

who specializes in techniques used in the Edo period (350 years ago).

Driven by a fiery passion to save the fading traditions of 'RUSU'—a unique Seto craft lost to history—this passionate artisan embarked on a mission. Refusing to let a legacy exclusive to his hometown die out, he scoured the local area, amassed historical records, collected antiques, and engaged in endless prototyping to bring the tradition back to life.

粘土や釉薬の調合は独自に行い、成形はもちろん特別な窯や使用する道具まで手作りです。
Clay and glazes are original, and most of the molding, tools and even a special kiln are handmade.

泥々（でいでい）は、岐阜県可児郡御嵩町を拠点に、桃山陶の技術を受け継ぎながら手作りの器を小さな体制でつくるレーベルです。表情を変える土と向き合い、量より質、均一さより素材の個性を土台に、一つひとつ異なる景色を持つ器をつくります。重要無形文化財保持者・加藤孝造に師事した堀俊郎が技術アドバイザーとして参画し、美濃桃山陶の知見を現代のものづくりへ橋渡ししています。

Deidei, a label based in the town of Mitake, Kani District, Gifu Prefecture, carrying forward the techniques of Momoyama-era ceramics through handmade vessels crafted in a small, close-knit setting. We work closely with clay that constantly shifts in expression, placing material individuality above uniformity and quality above quantity, to create vessels that each carry their own distinct landscape.

Toshiro Hori, a disciple of Kato Kozo, a holder of Important Intangible Cultural Property status, takes part as our technical advisor, bridging the knowledge of Mino Momoyama ceramics with contemporary making.
