呂宋をまるごと楽しむ「RUSU BONSAI POＴ」。在庫は1つ限りです。
素地の色を活かした白色で、明るい花を咲かせる盆栽との相性は抜群です。
光沢を抑えた釉薬を施された鉢の側面には、２つの異なる龍の模様（貼花文）があります。

角の鉢は手作業も大変。「型で抜くから楽なのでは？」と思われるかもしれませんが、ろくろ成形よりも遥かに時間がかかります。型どりして数日間乾燥させ、おおまかな形にした後、永遠に続く「削り」の工程。シャカシャカ形を整えながら30分近くひたすら削ります。
強度を出すために、高台も削り出しています。
貼り付けるより　かなり過酷。
作家の意地を感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

☆「貼花文」と呼ばれる立体的な模様は、江戸時代に愛知県瀬戸市で広まった「呂宋」と呼ばれる焼き物の特徴の１つです。「呂宋」は当時とても人気の焼き物で、喜多川歌麿の浮世絵にも描かれています。

※1点1点手作業で作った作品ですので、鉢のサイズや釉薬のかかり具合など均一ではありません。多少の歪みがある場合もございます。ご理解の上、ご検討ください。

On the sides of the non-glossy glazed pot, you see two different dragon patterns( CHO KA MON)

Polygonal pots are also difficult to work with by hand. You may think "It is easier to pull it out with a mold, isn’t it?", but it takes much longer than potter's wheel molding.
Cover the plaster mold with clay, adjust the thickness and shape by adding clay or by pressing the clay against the mold many times to make corners.
After making a rough shape, the process of "trimming" continues for nearly 30 minutes.

“RUSU”, widely loved by the people of the EDO period. Why don’t you create special space in your home where you can feel the EDO period.

☆ The pattern called "CHO KA MON" is one of the characteristics of the pottery called "RUSU", which was widespread in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture during the Edo period. "RUSU" was a very popular pottery at the time, and it is also depicted in the ukiyo-e prints of Kitagawa Utamaro.
